- Unscheduled maintenance (corrective maintenance).
- Availability of experts to repair any damage.
- Remote supervision of the installations, consisting of 24/7 real-time monitoring to detect faults in the installation, by sending an e-mail to the service personnel's mobile terminal.

Responding to warnings of possible faults in customers' private low-voltage installations (known as Single Supplies) and repairing them if the customer accepts the prices and so requests.
